WWD STORY: Curve Returns to Javits Center With Spring/Summer 2027 Collections and Programming
Curve, North America’s leading intimate apparel trade show, will return to the Javits Center River Pavilion in Manhattan from Aug. 2 to 4. The exhibition brings together the intimate apparel and swimwear industry’s leading brands, emerging labels and retailers.
This summer’s edition will feature spring/summer 2027 collections, alongside a lineup of immersive activations, educational sessions, emerging designer showcases and networking opportunities. There are over 125 brands confirmed. Among the brands participating will be Chantelle, Mey, Panache, Wacoal, Marie Jo, PrimaDonna, Freya, and Fantasie. One of Curve’s curations, Object of Desire, will return with a mix of emerging brands and designers. Curated by Bok Goodall, founder of Ms A London, and Molly Jayne, communications coordinator and brand curator at Curve, the lineup includes Cisô Atelier, Iteration, Rimoné Paris, Rolling, Somewhere Never, Soreil Lingerie, Springrose, Sugar Candy, Carol Coelho, and Cake Maternity.
TheRack Shack, a lingerie boutique and bra-fitting studio in New York, will host this year’s Object of Desire party on Aug. 1, which serves as an official welcome to Curve New York. Among the programming will be “Turning Likes Into Lingerie Sales,” a practical guide to converting online engagement into real-life fittings. Sponsored by Wacoal, the panel will be hosted by Kimmay Caldwell, founder of Hurray Media, with panelists Libby Basile of Filly Rose, Haley Dauria of Ashley’s Lingerie & Swimwear, and Nicolle Silva of Bella Bra Shop. Another discussion is called, “The State of the Industry and the Future of Brand-Retailer Partnership Master Class.” Industry expert Vanessa Urenda, a fashion entrepreneur, will lead a conference exploring the evolving retail landscape, changing consumer behavior and the future of wholesale.
On Aug. 4, an all-day Post-Mastectomy Care Workshop will be presented by Anita, offering a fit certification class for retailers and fit professionals. “These experiences reflect what makes Curve unique: a community that values innovation, education and authentic relationships. We’re proud to provide a platform where the industry can not only discover what’s next, but help shape it together,” said Raphael Camp, chief executive officer of Comexposium US, a global leader in event organization that produces more than 150 events across industries such as fashion, retail, digital and health care.
Curve will host its Montreal Edition July 12 and 13.
